Is there an introductory fee or membership charge?
Absolutely not! CES personal concierge services are provided on an hourly or per-task basis. In fact, we offer a Four Hour Introductory Special to new clients.
How do I know I can trust CES with my personal time management needs and errands?
As a member of International Concierge and Errand Association (www.iceaweb.org), we are committed to adhering to industry standards and constantly improving the services we provide our clients. We are also insured and bonded in order to ensure that our clients are well protected.
Are CES Concierge Services available in my area?
We are currently serving clients in the San Francisco North-bay. If you are unsure if your request falls within the boundaries of our service area, please Contact Us.
Why do I have to submit my credit card information with my service request?
All credit card and debit payments are verified upon processing of your service request. However, your card is not charged until the service has been successfully completed. Verification of your payment information ensures smooth, quick order and payment processing.
Can CES really take care of anything I need?

Do I have to sign a contract or sign up for a certain amount of time?
No, our personal concierge services are offered on an as-needed basis to provide the most flexible lifestyle management services possible to our clients! We do offer clients with ongoing needs the option to buy discounted hours in advance. Contact us to find out more!
